Students
It is the transfer of a student from another university to Tabuk University.
It allows students of Tabuk University to apply for a transfer to Taif University, provided that their academic registration at Tabuk University is as regular students within the bachelor's stage.
- Apply online through the academic portal only.
- Ensure you have selected your desired college and major.
- Comparisons will be based on your cumulative GPA and the available seats.
- Attach all required documents.
- Submitting a transfer application does not guarantee acceptance.
- The application will be canceled if any data are incomplete or incorrect, or if documents are not submitted by the specified deadline.
External Transfer Conditions:
- The student’s academic status must be "regular."
- The student must be transferring from a recognized college or university.
- General and specific admission regulations apply first.
- The student must have a cumulative GPA for two academic semesters (excluding the summer semester).
- The student must not have been academically or disciplinarily dismissed from the institution they are transferring from.
- The student must meet the transfer conditions set by the college’s deanery.
- The transfer must be to the same major the student was originally enrolled in.
- The transfer must be for the same academic degree the student was pursuing.
- The student must complete at least 60% of the graduation requirements at the University of Tabuk.
- Only courses listed in the academic transcript from the previous institution will be considered for equivalency.
- Course equivalency is granted only during the semester of admission.
- Equivalent courses will appear in the academic transcript but will not count toward the cumulative GPA.
- Transfer is only available for the majors announced at the time of application.
- The equivalent courses must not exceed 40% of the total credit hours required in the study plan at the University of Tabuk.
Required Documents When Submitting the Application:
- Justification letter for the transfer request to the University of Tabuk.
- Proof of regular enrollment.
- Official academic transcript.
- National ID.
- High school certificate.
Required Documents After Approval to Complete the Transfer Process (within a maximum of two weeks from the date of acceptance):
- Proof of regular enrollment.
- Original national ID.
- Official academic transcript.
- Course descriptions of completed courses.
- Clearance letter or official withdrawal statement from the university being transferred from.
- All official documents must be attested by the cultural attaché and the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (for students transferring from universities outside Saudi Arabia).
