About the Center

The Unified Contact Center at the University of Tabuk was established by Administrative Decision No. 42/052/3585, dated 26/06/1442 AH. The center aims to provide comprehensive support services to beneficiaries both within and outside the university, and to enhance communication channels between university staff, students, and the wider community.

The center plays a key role in unifying communication efforts, responding to inquiries, and providing essential information. It also works to improve the beneficiary experience by offering support through various channels and contributes to increasing public satisfaction with university services.

Message from the Department Head

The Unified Contact Center Administration strives to build effective bridges of communication between the university community and the surrounding local community, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism, in the most efficient and timely manner. The administration delivers its services by first ensuring the provision of accurate information from the relevant departments, and then by utilizing modern communication technologies to promptly deliver this information to the targeted audience.

To contribute to the advancement and enhancement of service quality, provide information to university staff, students, and community members, and highlight the university’s role in a manner that is appropriate and inspirational.

Objectives

To respond promptly, professionally, and appropriately to inquiries received by the university through all reliable information channels provided to beneficiaries.
To reduce the burden on the various primary university sectors that provide services.
To meet the needs, overcome obstacles, and offer guidance to university visitors, including staff, students, and members of the community.
To collaborate and exchange information with all university sectors and strive to improve relationships with all targeted beneficiary groups.
