Internal Transfer Request
Students
This service enables the student to apply for a transfer from one college to another college he wishes to transfer to.
- Apply online via the academic portal.
- Confirm the location and college before selecting a major.
- Entering the change major icon (through it you change the college and specialization transferred to it)
- Filter according to the priority of your preferences. You can enter (10) preferences.
- Submit the application (submitting a transfer application does not mean the application has been accepted).
- Save the application.
Request Status:
- The application status "Entered" means the application is under review.
- The application status "Accepted" means the application has been accepted and no further action is required.
- The application status "Not Accepted" means the application has been rejected, and the student will be shown the reason for the rejection.
Internal Transfer Conditions:
- The student's academic status must be "Regular."
- General and special admission regulations apply first.
- The student must not have previously transferred or changed their major during their study period.
- Achieve a cumulative GPA for two semesters (not including the summer semester).
- Do not exceed half of the study plan hours in the current major.
- The cumulative GPA must not be less than 2.
- The cumulative GPA must not be less than 4 and the weighted percentage must not be less than 80% for transfers to health-related majors.
- Transfers to the College of Medicine must be from health-related majors only.
- The student must not exceed four semesters for a bachelor's degree.
- The student must not exceed two semesters for an associate's degree.
- The period for excuses, postponements, withdrawal, interruption, closure of enrollment, and academic dismissal are counted among the semesters.
- Batches eligible to transfer between bachelor's degree majors 441 and 451.
- Batches eligible to transfer between associate's degree majors 451.
- Adhere to the announced transfer deadlines. No applications will be accepted after the deadline.
Post-Conversion Conditions:
- Courses are equivalent according to the study plan in the new major.
- All equivalent courses previously taken are recorded and credited to the student's academic record.
- Non-equivalent courses previously taken are recorded and credited to the student's academic record.
- Courses registered for the summer semester are automatically deleted if the application is accepted.
- Transfers and re-registration of summer semester courses are not permitted.
- None.
