Dr. Abuelhassan's vocational and higher education journey reflects years of hard work, spanning over 20 years across three countries (Egypt, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia) and six educational organizations. We can describe him as a highly skilled leader and academic lecturer with international teaching experience. He has a remarkable ability and desire to work effectively in a collegial environment with different cultures and backgrounds. He is always keen to travel internationally to attend meetings and conferences, enriching and expanding his international experience. He is far more flexible regarding his working locations, as travel is an added value. During his academic career, he is keen to develop essential career experiences, including the following aspects:
First: Research Experience
Dr. Abuelhassan's research interests include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Marketing in tourism, hospitality, halal tourism, and various other service contexts. He published more than 39 research papers from 2018 to the time of writing, most of them in Q1 (14 papers), Q2 (4 papers), SCOPUS, and ISI Journals. They are listed in his Google Scholar account, achieving more than 1700 citations, a 34 (i-index), and a 25 (h-index). He has extensive experience identifying critical research gaps in the literature and bridging them. Moreover, He has significant experience in advanced statistical analyses (e.g., SEM, Mediation, Moderation, and Moderated Mediation) using SPSS, AMOS, and SPSS PROCESS software. Therefore, he has extensive experience leading postgraduate students in their thesis work and is very flexible in his collaboration with colleagues in a research group.

Third: Teaching Experience
A. Theoretical Teaching Experience
Dr. Abuelhassan has been teaching hospitality and tourism courses since 2003 to the present. He taught various hospitality and tourism courses and modules across five faculties of tourism and hospitality in three countries, catering to educational levels ranging from Diploma (Vocational) to Ph.D. He also delivered some business courses (in MBA and Ph.D. programs) at the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Lincoln University College, Malaysia.

B. Practical/vocational Teaching Experience
In 2003, Dr. Abuelhassan's first course was "Culinary Arts". He enjoyed it and developed advanced culinary skills, leading him to hold various vocational positions, including Culinary Arts instructor, sous chef, and executive chef, where he supervised all kitchen operations and their exams. It was a blessed start that contributed to his vocational experience.
