Assessment and Evaluation Unit

About the Unit:

The Assessment and Evaluation Unit Unit was established in the second semester of the academic year 1434/1435 AH to provide accurate tools to evaluate all aspects of the educational process across scientific departments, diagnose shortcomings, and propose solutions for the betterment of Haql University College, aiming to position it among distinguished colleges. The unit seeks to be a key resource for decision-makers in the college (deanship, academics, administrators), ensuring accurate data and statistics to support strategic objectives and continuous improvement, aiming for the desired academic accreditation.​

 Unit Objectives:
  • Promote a culture of measurement and evaluation in higher education.
  • Establish university evaluation standards and prepare performance indicators for the college's academic performance.
  • Diagnose the current educational process, identify issues, and work on solutions.
  • Align the unit's plans and goals with Saudi Vision 2030 in higher education.
  • Organize seminars and participate in local and regional measurement and evaluation conferences to enhance faculty skills in this area.
  • Conduct statistical studies and provide regular academic performance reports.
  • Offer statistical and educational consulting in measurement and evaluation fields.
  • Measure and improve educational outcomes.
  • Automate university measurement and evaluation processes
