Excellence Awards at the University of Tabuk
Within the framework of the University of Tabuk's endeavor towards rooting and indigenizing the culture of excellence in the performance of the various departments of the university, including colleges, deanships, centers, and units in the educational, research and community service fields, the university has worked to diversify the areas of encouragement and positive motivation and to establish a culture of creativity to achieve the desired development in light of comprehensive quality standards.

The Message
Creating a positive competitive environment between the various departments of the university in order to contribute to achieving the university's vision and mission and to enhance its objectives in light of quality standards .
Objectives
1. Spreading the culture of excellence among the university's faculties, deanships, centers and units.
2. Upgrading the qualitative services provided by the university's faculties, deanships, centers and units in the fields of teaching and learning, quality, scientific research, community service and electronic transformation.
3. Raising the spirit of positive competition between the university’s colleges, deanships, centers, and units in order to achieve distinction and creativity.
4. Stimulating excellence in performance to improve the university’s performance in light of quality standards.
5. Appreciating the colleges, deanships, centers and units that contain distinguished students and highlight their achievements and efforts.
Fields of awards
Excellence Awards come in six branches, and are awarded annually according to standards consistent with the concepts of quality and excellence as follows:
The first branch: Excellence Award in the field of learning and teaching
The University of Tabuk Award for Excellence in Learning and Teaching aims to encourage and highlight the academic and educational practices of the university's colleges, and it also seeks to achieve the following sub-goals:
- Encouraging excellence in learning and teaching, and appreciating the role of the faculty, and department faculty in this field.
- Spreading the culture of excellence, creativity, quality, commitment, and mastery.
- Raising the spirit of fair competition among university employees, in order to reach the distinguished performance that the university administration aims for.
- Developing academic performance and improving learning outcomes.
The second branch: Quality Excellence Award
The University of Tabuk Award for Excellence in Quality aims to create a stimulating environment for the employees of the university's faculties, deanships, centers and units to perform quality work in the best way to achieve all the requirements of institutional or programmatic academic accreditation.
Third Branch: Excellence Award in Scientific Research
The University of Tabuk Award for Excellence in the Field of Scientific Research aims to promote innovation and creativity in scientific research and to encourage university bodies and their employees to advance scientific research in a way that achieves the university's mission and goals.
Fourth Branch: Excellence in Community Service Award
The University of Tabuk Award for Excellence in Community Service aims to consolidate the concept of creativity in community activities and programs and to create an environment of positive competition between its colleges, deanships, units and centers, to achieve the university's goals in community work.
The Fifth Branch: Excellence Award in Electronic Transformation
This award aims to spread the culture of electronic transformation among the faculties of the university, its deanships and its employees in order to advance in the field of this transformation that serves students, faculty, and employees.
The Sixth Branch: Job Excellence Award
The University of Tabuk Award for Job Excellence for Male and Female Employees aims to spread the culture of quality and excellence among the university's employees and motivate them to achieve achievement and creativity at work in order to achieve the university's vision and mission.
