Curriculum Development Unit
About the Unit:
The Curriculum Development unit at the College is responsible for overseeing the development of academic programs and ensuring their alignment with quality standards and academic accreditation requirements. The unit focuses on preparing academic plans, reviewing and updating curricula, monitoring program implementation, and evaluating learning outcomes to enhance the efficiency of the educational process and improve the student experience. It also coordinates with academic departments to develop study plans that meet labor market needs and align with national higher education priorities.
Unit Objectives:

Develop academic program plans that meet quality standards and accreditation requirements.

Regularly review academic programs and update course contents according to the latest scientific developments.

Align program outcomes with labor market needs and future skill requirements.

Monitor the implementation of academic programs to ensure compliance with university policies and national standards.

Document academic programs and plans and obtain approval from the relevant university authorities.

Evaluate program effectiveness through analysis of academic performance indicators and student and graduate satisfaction.
