Educational Affairs Unit

About the Unit:

The Academic Affairs Unit has been operational since the college's establishment: in the female campus in 1429/1430 AH and the male campus in 1435/1436 AH. It meets the needs of enrolled students in handling matters with the Deanship of Admission and Registration, given the distance from the main campus. The unit supervises students' academic matters, including course registration, withdrawal, additions, or semester withdrawal requests. It also addresses academic challenges by liaising with departments, course instructors, or relevant staff at the Deanship.

 Unit Objectives:
  • Supervise and improve services provided to students.
  • Build and update student-related databases.
  • Ensure students' rights are protected and implement measures to safeguard them.
  • Examine students' grievances and propose appropriate solutions in coordination with related college and university entities.
  • Establish procedures to monitor student attendance and ensure their adherence to regulations.
