My journey began with the Amadah Program, and I continued to grow until I became Head of the Ideas Empowerment Department. Those two years were among the most rewarding and meaningful of my life.
Throughout this journey, I gained valuable experiences that prepared me for the job market, built meaningful professional relationships, and learned how to approach every opportunity with passion while managing my time through clear planning and organization. I was also fortunate to receive exceptional opportunities that were not available to many of my peers.
It is an unforgettable experience, and I like to describe it as a 'seat of succession and transformation' because I moved from one role to another, discovering a new meaning of growth and development at every stage.
