Data Disposal Policy

The University of Tabuk has issued this guidance document to assist its internal entities (departments and supporting deanships) in identifying cases where personal data must be destroyed or anonymized.

The guide also provides examples of techniques that can be used for data destruction, anonymization, and pseudonymization. For the definitions of terms and expressions used in this guide, as well as the applicable regulatory requirements, users should refer to the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations at the University of Tabuk. This guide does not replace the need to consult the law and its regulations, which remain the primary reference for all matters related to the application of personal data protection requirements.
