Prof. Eslam Ahmed Fathy
Professor Eslam Ahmed Fathy is a Professor of Hotel Management and Acting Head of the Hotel Management Department, currently serving at the College of Tourism and Hospitality, University of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. He also holds a long-standing academic appointment at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, Pharos University in Alexandria, Egypt.
He earned his Ph.D. in Hotel Management from Fayoum University and has over two decades of academic, research, and industry experience in hospitality and tourism education. His expertise spans food and beverage management, culinary arts, front office operations, revenue management, leadership, human resource management, and emerging digital applications in hospitality such as 3D food printing, generative AI, and social media in tourism.
Professor Fathy has published extensively in high-impact international journals (Q1 and Q2), with research contributions addressing topics such as foodstagramming, sustainable hospitality practices, green innovation, consumer behavior, biophilic design, knowledge management, and hospitality technology transformation.
