| Therapeutic potential of polydatin/carnitine to alleviate neuropathy induced by Type II Diabetic Mellitus | ينتشر مرض السكري في كل مكان في جميع أنحاء العالم ، حيث تحتل المملكة العربية السعودية المرتبة الثانية من حيث الانتشار في الشرق الأوسط وسابع أعلى معدل في العالم (341٪ بين الذكور و 276٪ بين الإناث) اعتلال الأعصاب السكري هو نوع فرعي من الاعتلال العصبي المحيطي ويُعرَّف بأنه ألم ناتج عن نتيجة مباشرة لتشوهات في الجهاز الحسي الجسدي المحيطي لدى مرضى السكري يعتبر من أكثر النتائج الموهنة لمرض السكري وقد يسبب الألم وانخفاض الحركة وحتى البتر يوضح اعتلال الأعصاب السكري الخصائص والارتفاع المستمر لعمليات الالتهاب العديد من السيتوكينات المنشطة للالتهابات مثل عامل نخر الورم ألفا (TNF-α) ، والإنترلوكين (IL) -1 ، و IL-6 ، و IL-8 ، و monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 ، والبروتين التفاعلي C تشارك بشكل أساسي في انتشار مرض السكري اعتلال الأعصاب والألم تعتبر مواد العقاقير الطبيعية مواد مرغوبة للغاية وجذابة لمزيد من الاستكشاف لآثارها المحتملة نحن هنا مهتمون بإثبات تأثيرات بوليداتين و / أو كارنيتين على نموذج الاعتلال العصبي السكري سيتم إنشاء نموذج الاعتلال العصبي عن طريق ارتفاع السكر في الدم المستمر لتقليد السيناريوهات السريرية سيتم استخدام الستربتوزوتوسين للحث على ارتفاع السكر في الدم في نموذج الجرذ الحيواني الذي يحتوي على نسبة عالية من الدهون والذي سوف ينتقل لاحقًا إلى الاعتلال العصبي |
