| Antitumor activity of polymeric nanoparticles of doxycycline versus free doxycycline in experimental colon cancer: effect on tumor angiogenesis | في المملكة العربية السعودية ، يعد سرطان القولون والمستقيم هو أوسع سرطان في الانتشار فى الذكور (559 ٪) والثالث في الإناث (441 ٪) تمثل منطقة تبوك المنطقة الخامسة الأكثر شيوعًا في المملكة العربية السعودية المتأثرة بسرطان القولون والمستقيم وفقًا لأحدث تحديثات سجل السرطان السعودي في يونيو 2016 تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد فائدة الأدوية المضادة للسرطان المحضرة في شكل جزيئات النانومترية في علاج سرطان القولون التجريبي المستحدث في الفئران ومقارنة فعالية هذه الأدوية النانومترية الحجم مع الأشكال الحرة سيتم تقسيم الفئران إلى مجموعات فرعية تعالج بواسطة جرعات مختلفة من دواء Doxycycline في شكل حر وفي شكل نانومتري مصمم بواسطة تقنية البوليمر وسيتم تقدير فعالية الأدوية عن طريق حجم الورم الصلب و شواهد التشريح المرضي لمقارنة شدة تقدم السرطان سيتم استخدام صبغات الكيمياء المناعية لمعرفة تمركز الخلايا الالتهابية والخلايا المبطنة للأوعية الدموية بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، سيتم استخدام تحليل Western blot لقياس مستويات بروتينات angiogenesis من المتوقع أن يكون للتشكيلات النانومترية لأدوية العلاج الكيميائي خصائص حركية دوائية أفضل وتوافر حيوي أفضل النتائج الإيجابية قد تدعم وجهة نظر لتضمن تكنولوجيا النانو في مجال علم الأورام |
