Identification active compounds with anti-cancer activities from some Wild plants in the Red Sea region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia	This research proposal aims to identify the active anti-cancer compound which will be extracted from fourth selected Saudi plants including Avicennia marina, Rumex vesicarius, Moringa peregrina and Citrullus colocynthis Then, Hela cancer cell line will be treated with each individual compound to define the optimal cytotoxic concentration (IC50) After, the breast cancer cell lines MCF7 and A549 will be used to characterize the anti-cancer biological activates of each individual compound on cell viability, cell morphology, cell migration and invasion
