- في منطقة تبوك تم انجاز الاتي: اعتماد وترسية مستشفى الملك فهد التخصصي بسعة خمسمائة سرير وتم وضع حجر الأساس من قبل صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سلطان بن عبدالعزيز ولي العهد رحمه الله • اعتماد المدينة الطبيه في تبوك ٩٠٠ سرير (مستشفى الملك فهد ٥٠٠ سرير ومستشفى الولادة والأطفال ٢٠٠ سرير ومستشفى الصحة النفسية ٢٠٠ سرير ومركز اسنان ومركز صحي ) وتم وضع حجر الأساس من قبل خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز رحمه الله بالاضافة الى اعتماد اربعة مستشفيات جديدة في محافظات الوجه ٢٠٠ سرير و تيماء ١٠٠ سرير و ضباء١٠٠ سرير و املج ١٠٠ سرير وتجهيز وافتتاح مستشفى حقل ١٠٠ سرير -استحداث كليه صحية للطلاب وأخرى للطالبات •استحداث ١٧ مركز للرعاية الصحية الأولية • تجديد معدات وتجهيزات المستشفيات القديمة والمراكز الصحية واستحداث عيادات لجراحات الأورام وتجهيز اقسام الاشعة والمعامل بالأجهزة الحديثة • حصلت المنطقة على شهادات دولية من اليونيسيف لمستشفى الولادة وأخرى للقضاء على الملاريا • إعادة هيكلة وإعادة هندسة جميع الأنشطة المالية المتعلقة بأعمال التأمين الصحي ، في 3 من المستشفيات الرئيسية في المنطقة • مراجعة هيكل المستشفيات والعمليات ، والإدارة الطبية ، والتوظيف ، والسياسات والإجراءات وتنفيذ كافة التغييرات المطلوبة لجميع الجوانب العملية والطاقم الطبي جدة : استحداث عيادات جراحة الأورام وخاصة سرطان الثدي المتقدم واستخدام العلاج الكيماوي قبل الجراحة في عام ٢٠٠٠ •المساهمه في تحسين نوعية الخدمات في المستشفى من خلال تدريب الأطباء والممرضين ، وهذا ظهر مع أكثر من 55 بحث تم نشره من المستشفى • المشاركة في تصميم نموذج خصخصة شاملة في مستشفى الملك عبد العزيز ومركز الأورام : • تدريب الموظفين • الترويج والتسويق • التعاون مع المنظمات الأخرى مقدمي الرعاية الصحية " • التسعير على أساس استراتيجية السوق التنافسية ، والطلب ، الخ • عمليات الفوترة
