Computational and Biological Evaluation of Naturally Derived Phytochemicals as Modulators of Mitochondrial Dynamics	In our approach, we are going to perform virtual screening via molecular docking and computational analysis to examine the affinity of a library of phytochemicals of well-known antioxidant activity towards Drp1 and other proteins involved in the mitochondrial fission, then we will test the mitochondrial fission inhibitory effect of the phytochemicals with high affinity scores in biological systems like budding yeast, cell cultures, neurons and in cancer cell lines We are planning to configure the physiological outcome of those inhibitors of mitochondrial fission after inducing mitochondrial fragmentation Our approach is going to assign novel ameliorative capacity of antioxidants of herbal origin through modulating the mitochondrial dynamics
Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect of paeonol on autism spectrum disorder in infantile rats: possible inhibition of heat shock protein 90	Autism pectrum disorder (ASD) is termed as exceeded inattention and hyperactivity Neuroinflammation and oxidative stress are complicated in the pathology of ASD Paeonol is the main component isolated from the root bark of Paeonia suffruticosa with potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities Paeonol displays broad antioxidants and may play a therapeutic role in ASD Male albino rat pups will be allocated to three experimental groups: (i): normal, (ii): ASD group, (iii) ASD + Paeonol-50 mg/kg We will induce ASD by prenatal administration of valproate sodium Cognitive and motor dysfunction will be evaluated using the elevated plus maze test (EPM) for assessing anxiety behavior, and the attentional set-shifting task (ASST) for assessing attention and compulsive behaviors In addition, brain histopathologic examination will help assessment of brain injury in infantile rats after staining with hematoxylin and eosin, toluidine blue and silver staining These stains will show the main pathologies in the different hippocampal areas (dentate gyrus, CA1, CA2, and CA3) and the cerebral cortex Each stain will indicate certain pathology some stains are directed towards labeling the dead or pyknotic neurons but others are directed toward labeling surviving neurons Furthermore, molecular docking and bioinformatic studies will help in the determination of the mechanism of action of paeonol and following the suggestion that paeonol may inhibit heat shock protein-90 (HSP90)

Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect of paeonol on autism spectrum disorder in infantile rats: possible inhibition of heat shock protein 90	Autism pectrum disorder (ASD) is termed as exceeded inattention and hyperactivity Neuroinflammation and oxidative stress are complicated in the pathology of ASD Paeonol is the main component isolated from the root bark of Paeonia suffruticosa with potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities Paeonol displays broad antioxidants and may play a therapeutic role in ASD Male albino rat pups will be allocated to three experimental groups: (i): normal, (ii): ASD group, (iii) ASD + Paeonol-50 mg/kg We will induce ASD by prenatal administration of valproate sodium Cognitive and motor dysfunction will be evaluated using the elevated plus maze test (EPM) for assessing anxiety behavior, and the attentional set-shifting task (ASST) for assessing attention and compulsive behaviors In addition, brain histopathologic examination will help assessment of brain injury in infantile rats after staining with hematoxylin and eosin, toluidine blue and silver staining These stains will show the main pathologies in the different hippocampal areas (dentate gyrus, CA1, CA2, and CA3) and the cerebral cortex Each stain will indicate certain pathology some stains are directed towards labeling the dead or pyknotic neurons but others are directed toward labeling surviving neurons Furthermore, molecular docking and bioinformatic studies will help in the determination of the mechanism of action of paeonol and following the suggestion that paeonol may inhibit heat shock protein-90 (HSP90)
