The University Vice-Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research plays a significant role in achieving the university’s mission. This vital role has been developed based on local and international academic and social references to achieve advanced scientific and educational levels in the field of scientific research to reach the ranks of leading universities.
The Vice-Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research also provides an attractive environment for creativity in the field of graduate studies, as it takes great care to acquire knowledge and qualify generations in various specializations that serve the local community and meet the labor market’s needs. This comes in response to the future developmental projects of the Tabuk region, such as the Red Sea Project and the NEOM City Project, in light of the Kingdom's vision 2030.
The Vice-Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research constantly seeks to improve the procedures related to its mechanisms, councils, and scientific committees to speed up the achievement process and achieve the quality of work. It also seeks to execute  electronic services, which aligns with the university vision of having "a distinguished educational university locally and regionally."
In conclusion, the Vice-Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research hopes to achieve its scientific, research, and procedural goals in cooperation with the university's vice-presidencies, deanships, and units.

The vision of the University Agency for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research emphasized the excellence in the performance of the staff and the preparation of scientific research, by developing and supporting research centers at the university, creating an appropriate research environment, and increasing support for scientific research. And achieving the highest quality levels in graduate studies programs, and opening graduate studies programs that serve the region and its development projects.
