In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Praise be to Allah, Lord of all worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the one sent as a mercy to all creation, and upon his family, companions, and those who follow them in righteousness until the Day of Judgment.
Allah Almighty says: “Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do"
Praise be to Allah, whose praises match the grandeur of His Face and the greatness of His Sovereignty. He has bestowed countless blessings upon us, the greatest of which, after faith in Him, is the blessing of knowledge.
Through knowledge, hopes flourish, and hearts find peace regarding the outcomes of effort and work. This is evident in our beloved kingdom, where women are considered a vital pillar of society’s strength. The Kingdom consistently strives to support the education of Saudi women, empower them socially, economically, and politically, and provide them with a safe environment and services that facilitate their fulfillment of national duties while ensuring their full enjoyment of rights across all aspects of life—education, work, and decision-making. This approach advances development and aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 for sustainable development.
This progress is due to the leadership of our rulers, whose decisions always reflect their profound care for women and their continuous desire to empower them and facilitate their success in life and work.
The University of Tabuk, represented by its colleges and branches, leverages the material and human resources provided by our wise leadership to prepare an educational and practical environment for its members to enhance their knowledge and refine their skills, aligning with the developmental needs of its human resources.
The University College of Umluj (Female Section), through its departments, agencies, and facilities, plays a developmental role in achieving Vision 2030. It has left a distinctive mark in education, training, development, skill refinement, creativity, scientific research, support for individuals with special needs, and various other fields. This contribution prepares a generation of creative, cultured, and distinguished female graduates who actively participate in development and construction while holding firmly to their traditions, modesty, and authentic customs.
From this platform, we extend our highest gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and his Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, for their care and attention to the sons and daughters of this noble nation. Their concern is evident in the facilitation of all procedures for women, recognizing them as half of society and a key partner in development and progress.
Our final prayer is that praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all worlds.
Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.
Dr. Najwa Mafwaz Mafwaz Al-Fawaz
Vice Dean of Umluj University College - Female Section
