Praise be to God, who sent down the Criterion (al-Furqan) upon His servant, so that he might be a warner to the worlds. Peace and blessings be upon the one whom God sent as a guide, a bringer of good tidings, and a warner, calling to God by His permission and a radiant lamp. The University College in Umluj is one of the branches of the University of Tabuk and is the largest of the branch colleges. It was inaugurated in 1430 AH (1430 AH). The college, praise be to God, enjoys the generous patronage of His Excellency the University President and His Excellency the Honorable Vice Presidents, who support its programs and plans derived from the university's strategic plan. These plans aim to achieve excellence and innovation in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, God willing.

The college offers several academic programs at the bachelor's and diploma levels. It strives for excellence and leadership in education by creating an academic environment for its male and female students and by raising the quality of educational program outcomes. This will meet the needs of the labor market by graduating qualified cadres who contribute to building society. The college also promotes the research and scientific publishing activities of its faculty members and contributes to community service by offering diverse educational, cultural, and training programs that contribute to the development of society.
