Food Science and Nutrition

The Department of Food Science and Nutrition is one of the academic departments of the College of Science at the University of Tabuk. The department specializes in the study of food from both scientific and practical perspectives across a wide range of courses, including food chemistry, food microbiology, food technology, food safety, food security, food quality, and related disciplines. The department includes faculty members with diverse expertise in areas such as food technology, nanotechnology in food, food packaging, quality assurance, food safety, and food sustainability
