الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، أما بعد:
تُعد الكلية التطبيقية بجامعة تبوك صرحًا تعليميًا يسعى إلى إعداد كوادر وطنية مؤهلة تمتلك المعرفة والمهارة، وقادرة على
المنافسة والإسهام بفاعلية في تلبية احتياجات سوق العمل وتحقيق المستهدفات الوطنية لرؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030.
وانطلاقًا من أهمية التعليم التطبيقي في بناء القدرات الوطنية، تحرص الكلية على تقديم برامج أكاديمية ومهنية نوعية تسهم في
تنمية مهارات الطلاب والطالبات، وتأهيلهم بالخبرات التطبيقية التي تعزز جاهزيتهم المهنية في مختلف المجالات.
كما تسعى الكلية إلى توفير بيئة تعليمية جاذبة ومحفزة، تُعنى بتطوير القدرات، وتنمية المهارات الشخصية والمهنية، وتعزيز
قيم الإبداع والانضباط والمسؤولية، من خلال منظومة تعليمية متكاملة ترتكز على الجودة، والتميز، والشراكة مع القطاعات
المختلفة.
ويؤدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس دورًا محوريًا في هذه المنظومة، عبر التزامهم بتقديم تجربة تعليمية عالية الجودة، تسهم في بناء
المعرفة، وصقل المهارات، وتوجيه الطلبة نحو الاستفادة المثلى من مسيرتهم الأكاديمية، بما يمكنهم من تحقيق تطلعاتهم
المستقبلية.
إن الكلية التطبيقية بجامعة تبوك ماضية في رسالتها التعليمية والتنموية، نحو بناء نموذج أكاديمي رائد يواكب المتغيرات،
ويستجيب لاحتياجات التنمية، ويسهم في إعداد جيل قادر على صناعة الفرص، وخدمة وطنه بكفاءة واقتدار..

Muhammad, his family, and all his companions.
The Applied College at the University of Tabuk stands as a distinguished educational institution
dedicated to preparing highly qualified national talents equipped with the knowledge, skills, and
competencies necessary to compete effectively and contribute meaningfully to meeting labor
market demands while advancing the national objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Recognizing the vital role of applied education in building national capabilities, the College is
committed to offering high-quality academic and professional programs that foster the
development of students’ practical and intellectual skills, while equipping them with applied
experiences that enhance their professional readiness across diverse fields.
The College also strives to provide an engaging and motivating educational environment that
supports capacity building, personal and professional development, and the promotion of
creativity, discipline, and responsibility through an integrated educational system founded on
quality, excellence, and strategic partnerships with various sectors.

Faculty members play a pivotal role in this mission through their dedication to delivering a high-
