Who We Are

The Vice Deanship for Educational Affairs is one of the earliest vice deanships established at the College, dating back to 1434, under the name Vice Deanship for Academic Affairs. Since its establishment, the Vice Deanship has been responsible for overseeing all academic and educational aspects of the College, in alignment with the university’s mission and strategic goals in higher education, and in accordance with the regulations and policies approved by the University of Tabuk.

The primary responsibilities of the Vice Deanship for Educational Affairs include the following:

• Supervising the operations of the administrative units and committees affiliated with the Vice Deanship.
  
   
• Monitoring the progress of the educational process and providing academic and counseling services to students from admission through graduation.
  
   
• Overseeing the work of the College Council Secretariat.
• Following up on the implementation of decisions issued by the College Council, the University Council, and the University President, as well as relevant administrative directives.
• Monitoring the academic performance of the College, ensuring that administrative units effectively fulfill their roles, and proposing initiatives that enhance their performance and meet their operational needs.
• Supervising the implementation and development of student activities to achieve educational and instructional objectives.
• Overseeing the implementation of student guidance and counseling programs ,psychological, social, and vocational, in accordance with university regulations and policies.
  
   
• Supporting students with special needs by ensuring the provision of a suitable learning environment throughout their academic journey.
  
   

• Supervising the administration of final examinations and coordinating with academic departments regarding examination committees and procedures.
  
   

   

  In addition to these responsibilities, the Vice Deanship strives to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of the College’s students, thereby fostering academic and administrative excellence in alignment with the University’s vision and mission.
