One of the signs of sophistication, civilization and renaissance in any country is the development of the educational sector and the health sector, and thanks to God, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has witnessed a clear advancement, remarkable development, and a great renaissance in both the education and health sectors, where care has been taken to graduate national competencies in the medical field at the highest level, and according to the latest educational systems, the nursing sector is one of the most important human health sectors.

Department of Nursing at University College of Umluj aims to prepare scientifically and practically qualified nurses that meet the changing health needs to keep pace with the technical and scientific development witnessed by the health sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Bachelor of Nursing program seeks to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills that are essential to the nursing profession, through the study of several relevant specialized and general courses.

The vision of the department of nursing emerges from a vision of the faculty of nursing at the university of Tabuk, which seeks to graduate a distinguished student scientifically, skillfully, and culturally to compete in the labor market at the local and regional level.

Therefore, the Department of Nursing at University College of Umluj will rely heavily on the training of students in hospitals and various health care centers to acquire nursing skills for each level of nursing study and field during training in hospitals, to achieve its basic objectives. the Clinical content is integrated with the theoretical content as there is no gap between them and there is no doubt that the establishment of basic nursing laboratories and simulation laboratories in the nursing department in the future will be a scientific and golden opportunity in training students in laboratories will motivate the student's self-confidence and raises Professional performance and achieves safety for both students and patient safety as well, and the acquisition of modern knowledge and skills in nursing science by creating a virtual learning environment that simulates the reality in hospitals and provides opportunities for college students to master the necessary skills to provide safe health care. the skills labs are an ideal environment that enables students to develop self-confidence in learning basic principles in various fields of nursing and the college encourages the use of the lab as a training for acquired skills.
