This program sought to achieve a number of objectives as follows:
1- Directing the attention of researchers and those concerned with youth issues to focus and direct their efforts to discuss the issues and problems faced by youth in contemporary Saudi society.
2- Inviting researchers from the university’s faculty and those interested in youth issues from the local community to participate in the chair’s research activity.
3- Activating the role of the Research Chair in studying and analyzing youth issues in Saudi society.
4- Conducting a set of serious and specialized research and studies on a number of pressing youth issues at the present time.
5- Enriching the Saudi Scientific Library with a number of specialized studies concerned with youth issues and problems in the Saudi society.
