On behalf of my colleagues in the Security and Safety Department, I am pleased and honored to welcome you to the Security and Safety Department website at Tabuk University. I pray to God that we will succeed in providing distinguished service to users of this network and in meeting your expectations.

The restructuring of the Security and Safety Department began at the beginning of the Hijri year 1431 AH, based on the belief of officials at Tabuk University, led by His Excellency the University President and his Vice President, in the principle of working with specialization. From the outset, the Security and Safety Department embarked on developing a strategy to develop administrative and field work by setting and defining objectives and then monitoring them.

Since the information database is the foundation of every successful endeavor, an Operations Department was created within the department's organizational structure. Tasks and duties were formulated for it to govern its work within the Security and Safety Department.

By God's grace and blessing, this department has made significant strides, even though actual work began before the new structure was established. It has developed, linking all security and safety branches in the governorates of the Tabuk region, and providing a comprehensive service that includes direct, modern organization for all categories.

Administrative development included the formation of a special committee to monitor security and safety programs at Tabuk University and its various campuses. This committee meets regularly. Security gaps have been addressed and all dangerous entry points have been closed by intensifying security guards and installing 24-hour surveillance cameras to detect and capture movement. A safety program was also developed, including the provision of safety tools and equipment and the implementation of regulations. Additionally, there has been ongoing coordination with Civil Defense to develop the capabilities of security and safety personnel in this field.

Security regulations issued by the Ministry of Interior have also been implemented, implemented, and monitored. These regulations urge the preservation of the security and safety of government facilities, including the Ministry of Higher Education.

In conclusion, I would like to express my gratitude to all employees of the Security and Safety Department in general, and to His Excellency the University President and his Deputy for their support, as well as to everyone who has contributed with support or suggestions to improve the level of service provided by the Security and Safety Department or the establishment of this website. We, in this department, welcome your opinions and suggestions regarding everything that serves the public interest, which we hope will achieve its desired goals.
