Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the Master of Prophets and Messengers.

Welcome to the Planning, Budget, and Follow-up Department website on the University of Tabuk website. Through this website, we seek to effectively contribute to achieving the university's vision and mission and working to disseminate its objectives.

The Planning and Budget Department is considered one of the key and important departments, given its critical importance in supporting the university's sectors. This includes distributing financial allocations upon the issuance of the annual budget across all its sectors, supporting and strengthening budget items, making financial commitments to budget items, and preparing, implementing, and monitoring the university's development and operational plans and statistical reports issued to the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance and National Economy, and Ministry of Economy and Planning.

We wish the University of Tabuk and all its sectors further progress and prosperity in all their academic and administrative affairs.

Mission

Supporting and assisting university sectors in directing expenditures and implementing budget policies and instructions approved by the Ministry of Finance in accordance with programs to achieve financial balance by implementing financial systems through the financial services platform.

Vision

Leading the local budget in achieving financial sustainability by increasing spending efficiency and rationalizing it within the framework of the state's general budget in accordance with the National Transformation Program 2020 and Vision 2030.

Objectives

We put our vision into action through a set of general objectives that guide our journey toward excellence. Through these objectives, we strive to achieve the highest standards of academic and research performance and community service, while fostering an inspiring educational environment and a vibrant university community.

First Objective

Improving the administrative and technical production efficiency of the administration.

Second Objective

Developing the university's annual financial plan to ensure that all its requirements are met and its objectives are achieved, in accordance with the budget preparation rules and templates issued by the Ministry of Finance.

Third Objective

Utilizing all appropriations issued by the Ministry of Finance and working to disburse them in accordance with the required procedures.
