Security, Safety, and Occupational Health Unit

Objectives of the Security, Safety, and Occupational Health Unit:

The unit is an administrative body under the supervision of the College Administrative Director. It is responsible for implementing all approved systems, regulations, policies, and procedures related to security, safety, and occupational health at the university.

Unit’s Tasks:

Monitor the activities of the Security, Safety, and Occupational Health Unit.
Report any deficiencies or malfunctions in safety systems.
Ensure the availability of safety equipment and tools within the college (both sections).
Verify the completion of risk assessment, evaluation, and analysis for all college facilities.
Conduct periodic inspections of safety procedures within the college premises.
Perform regular inspections of emergency exits and fire equipment.
Ensure the implementation of the university’s safety policy and follow up on safety records.
Prepare periodic reports on assigned tasks.
Monitor security personnel and procedures for the facilities of the University College in Umluj.
Report all security-related issues and deficiencies.
