Unit Goals:

Responsibilities

  • Supervising the strategic development of the College Student Club plan.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the Student Club’s approved plan in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
  • Providing administrative and logistical assistance for academic and co-curricular events across various departments.
  • Reporting the infrastructure and budgetary requirements for student activities to the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs.
  • Providing opportunities for student participation in cultural, social, athletic, and national events, at both the College and University levels, while addressing student concerns and providing necessary services
  • Directing the secure distribution of institutional banking and student ID/debit cards.
  • Monitoring student financial stipends and escalating systemic payout anomalies to the competent university financial authorities.
  • Managing the quality assurance, compliance, and reporting metrics for dining facilities within the Female Student Campus.
  • Ensuring a highly accessible, equitable, and supportive learning environment tailored to the needs of students with disabilities.
  • Submitting monthly, and comprehensive end-of-semester operational reports to the Dean, following review by the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs.

     

  • Directing operations at the campus Student Service Center to optimize retail efficiency and transaction speeds by:
    • Liaising with the central university auxiliary services management to ensure continuous inventory provisioning.
    • Auditing and inventorying semesterly requirements for academic textbooks, course materials, and stationery for submission to competent procurement authorities.
