Responsibilities:
Supervising the preparation, updating, and development of the College’s strategic plan, vision, mission, and strategic objectives
Preparing the College’s operational plan report and ensuring its alignment with the University’s strategic plan, and following up periodically.
Ensuring alignment between operational strategic performance indicators and the University’s strategic performance indicators.
Preparing performance measurement reports to assess the implementation of the plan.
Preparing quarterly reports to monitor the implementation of strategic plan initiatives, for approval by the College Dean.
Preparing the annual report documenting the College’s achievements across all areas.
Supervising the preparation of operational budget estimates and ensuring direct linkage to the College’s strategic plan objectives and operational plan.
Contributing to the preparation of a human resources development plan for all university staff categories.
Providing and analyzing statistics (e.g., student numbers, faculty, and staff) for internal and external stakeholders, and developing and maintaining mini databases.
Contributing to institutional studies that support university development and address challenges, such as labor market needs, graduation rates, student and faculty forecasts, and university capacity.
Performing any tasks related to the Strategic Plan Committee activities in the context of university strategic planning.
