Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the formulation, iteration, and continuous development of the college’s institutional framework, specifically its vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
2. Authoring periodic evaluations of the college's operational execution plans to verify strict alignment with the university’s overarching strategic master plan.
3. Synchronizing institutional Key Performance Indicators and departmental operating metrics with the central metrics mandated by the university.
4. Compiling evaluative appraisal metrics to systematically quantify and report strategic milestone completions.
5. Preparing quarterly reports to monitor the trajectory of active strategic initiatives for formal executive review and approval by the Dean.
6. Coordinating and publishing the comprehensive College Annual Report to document institutional achievements across all academic, research, and administrative divisions.
7. Supervising operational budget projections to ensure a direct, structural nexus between financial resource allocation and strategic institutional goals.
8. Contributing to the formulation of long-term human resource development matrices across all administrative and staff classifications.
9. Compiling and analyzing comprehensive institutional datasets, encompassing student, faculty, and staff metrics, to manage localized databases and service internal and external demographic information requests.
10. Contributing to analytical studies aimed at optimizing higher education delivery and engineering structural solutions to institutional challenges, including labor market demand analyses, graduation velocity tracking, retention modeling, enrollment forecasting, and campus capacity engineering.
11. Fulfilling specialized research and administrative mandates assigned by the Strategic Planning Committee to support university-wide planning initiatives.
