Responsibilities:

1. Formulating and implementing the comprehensive quality assurance operational framework across all departments within the college.

2. Contributing critical empirical data and institutional metrics required to formulate, develop, and review academic programs and curricular plans.

3. Designing and executing institutional initiatives aimed at embedding a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout the college community.

4. Participating actively in the development, deployment, and operational execution of the college’s master strategic plan.

5. Administering regulatory frameworks and protocols mandated by local and international accreditation bodies, while monitoring their sustained implementation.

6. Verifying compliance with academic and operational quality standards across all educational, administrative, organizational, and technological divisions.

7. Authoring an integrated institutional quality assurance and accreditation manual, cross-referenced with leading local and international best practices.

8. Spearheading the strategic acquisition and maintenance of domestic and international academic accreditations by enforcing rigorous institutional quality requirements.

9. Monitoring global trends, policy modifications, systemic instruments, and emerging technologies within higher education quality assurance to draft development proposals for the college.

10. Identifying and recommending potential institutional partnerships, consortia, and alliances with peer colleges and universities specializing in academic quality management.

11. Recommending specialized quality assurance agencies and professional consultancies whose domain expertise can accelerate the college's accreditation pathways.

12. Evaluating and recommending optimal domestic and international programmatic accreditation bodies following exhaustive feasibility studies aligned with the college’s vision, mission, and strategic targets.

13. Proposing standardized metrics, evaluation instruments, and performance indicators to evaluate the quality compliance of academic and administrative units.

14. Conducting systematic performance reviews of academic and administrative branches regarding quality milestones to generate actionable optimization reports.

15. Designing and establishing an integrated quality assurance and accreditation database to process, analyze, and continually update critical institutional data.

16. Collaborating in the refinement of evaluative criteria, measurement instruments, and performance appraisal mechanisms used to measure the college's overall achievements.

17. Coordinating directly with the central University Deanship of Quality and Academic Development to reinforce the college’s capacity to achieve advanced institutional compliance.

18. Compiling and submitting comprehensive annual progress reports to the central University Deanship documenting all active quality assurance portfolios and accreditation milestones.
