Unit Goals:

The Human Resources Unit is an administrative division operating under the direct supervision of the College Director. The Unit is exclusively mandated to optimize administrative workflows and ensure the strict application of civil service regulations, institutional bylaws, and human resource policies. This includes managing statutory leaves, official business assignments, and onboarding confirmations, while serving as the primary liaison for escalating all personnel matters concerning faculty and administrative staff to the University General Directorate of Human Resources.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Tracking administrative circulars, decrees, and official correspondence issued by the university administration or the college deanship, ensuring formal dissemination to faculty and staff, and auditing institutional compliance.

2. Processing and submitting formal work resumption decrees for academic faculty members returning from annual statutory leaves.

3. Authoring and processing initial work commencement records for newly appointed faculty members joining the college.

4. Formulating initial work commencement protocols for newly appointed administrative personnel and escalating documentation to the Directorate of Human Resources Operations at the University of Tabuk.

5. Administering physical leave ledgers and work resumption forms for personnel under the self-funding program, and routing documentation to the Directorate of Self-Generated Revenues.

6. Monitoring attendance, statutory leaves, and work resumption files for external security personnel contracted by the university, and reporting compliance metrics to the University Directorate of Occupational Health, Safety, and Security.

7. Compiling, structuring, and maintaining comprehensive payroll, demographic, and active-duty registers encompassing full-time faculty, administrative staff, self-funded employees, and contracted personnel.
