Unit’s Objectives:

The Human Resources Unit is an administrative body under the supervision of the Administrative Director of the College. It specializes in organizing administrative procedures and ensuring the implementation of human resources systems and regulations, including managing leaves, assignments, work commencements, and reporting all matters related to employees and faculty members to the General Department of Human Resources at the university.

Unit’s Tasks:

Follow up on circulars and communications issued by the university administration or the college deanship, ensure they are conveyed to faculty members and employees, and monitor compliance.
Prepare and report the work commencement of faculty members after returning from their annual leaves.
Prepare the work commencement documentation for newly appointed faculty members at the college.
Prepare and report the work commencement of newly appointed employees to the Human Resources Operations Department at the University of Tabuk.
Monitor paper-based leaves and work commencements for (self-funded) employees and report them to the Self-Revenue Management Department.
Track the leaves and work commencements of employees from the contracted security company and report them to the University’s Security and Safety Department.
Prepare rosters and lists of employees, faculty members, self-funded employees, and security company staff.
