Unit Tasks

Preparing, reviewing and implementing plans, programs and events with the aim of enhancing and highlighting the college's academic and awareness role and improving the college's image in the community.
Documenting the college's relationship with its members and external community and establishing positive concepts in various entities.

Unit goals

Documenting and publishing the college's achievements to the internal and external communities
Preparing quarterly plans, following up on their implementation, and preparing the required reports to document the level of achievement.
Supervising the preparation, implementation, and coordination of all college activities in cooperation with all college sectors and direct coordination with the Dean of the College.
Supervising the college's website.
Publishing the college's news, events, and achievements on all authorized platforms and social media.
Coordinating and supervising all college events and activities and documenting them.
Supervising the arrangement and reception of delegations and guests visiting the college in coordination with His Excellency the Dean of the College.
Designing electronic posters for advertising and documentation purposes.
Developing integrated advertising plans that include updating the college's website and including all details of the college's programs.
Holding workshops and field visits for target groups to introduce the college's programs.
Media monitoring of all publications about the college in authorized media and social media.
Administrative communication with the external community
Preparing a quarterly report on all college achievements.
Performing any other tasks or responsibilities that fall within the scope of competence based on the direction of His Excellency the Dean of the College.
