In implementation of the gracious directive No. 44422 dated 9/8/1440 AH to introduce the Chinese language into general and higher education, and in pursuit of contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030; in light of the existence of major political and economic projects and agreements between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the People’s Republic of China; and due to the importance of Chinese language education in enhancing the ongoing projects in the Tabuk region—University of Tabuk, represented by the English Language Institute, has recognized the significance of languages as a means of communication among nations. Accordingly, the Department of Foreign Language Education was established to serve as the nucleus for launching foreign language programs, keeping pace with rapid developments, and contributing to the preparation of qualified academic cadres that meet the needs of the labor market.

Yes, you can apply, but you cannot confirm your admission unless you submit a withdrawal form from the other university.

It takes into account a number of university admission criteria, as follows: Weighted percentage = (cumulative high school GPA x 0.30) + (general aptitude score x 0.30) + (scholastic achievement test score x 0.40). It is calculated for male students in health, science, and arts majors, and for female students in health, science, and arts majors.
Only "full-time" secondary school is accepted; "extension" or "adult education" is not accepted.
