Director's Speech

In the name of Allah, all praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the most honorable of Allah's creation, our Master and Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions. Through its complementary role, the General Administration of Human Resources seeks to play a fundamental and distinguished role in achieving the university's vision and mission by providing services to faculty members and employees with the highest standards of quality and professional performance, from the recruitment stage until the end of service. This is based on its values of credibility, transparency, fairness, cooperation, and promptness. The administration works to develop an effective administrative environment by preparing and developing organizational guidelines, which will in turn contribute to providing a stimulating and attractive educational environment for university members. The Deanship is also keen to attract and employ distinguished faculty members and employees as one of its strategic objectives, striving to improve and develop employee skills and provide motivating services to faculty members and employees. It adopts an administrative system that allows for follow-up and accountability at all levels of the university. In conclusion, we ask Allah - the Almighty - to empower us to serve the people of our nation and the university community.
