Praise be to God, who has blessed us with Islam and honored our country with the service of His House and the place of prayer of His Prophet, peace be upon him. Inspired by the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "Whoever God desires good for, He grants him understanding of the religion." Under the auspices of this benevolence and the beacon of prophetic guidance, the faculties of Sharia, praise be to God, enjoy the care and attention of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his faithful Crown Prince, in a country that is the source of Islam, love, and loyalty. Its letters were written with the pen of benevolence and the pages of letters of generosity, by a just Imam, a faithful Crown Prince, loyal men, and a generous people. Evidence of this is found in the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The best of your leaders are those whom you love and who love you; you pray for them and they pray for you." This hadith sums up the depth of mutual love between the ruler and the ruled, and between a loving father and his people, both at home and abroad. What we are experiencing today, under the new vision and the modern renaissance in all fields, makes you feel that there is a message you must fulfill, a trust you must bear, and a renaissance and progress in which you must participate. We must be like one body, united by the cohesion of our safe country. We must all strive to unite our voices, unify our ranks, have good faith, be grateful for our benefactors, and reject discord and division. This is because there is a call that needs to be heard, and a determination that reaches the summit, unwavering in its commitment to the responsibility of fulfilling it, unhindered by circumstances and unhindered by difficulties. This was embodied by souls that recognized the value of the trust they bear, fulfilled it to the fullest, and nurtured it with due care. God's blessings upon this country are too great to count, and their value is only appreciated by those who have been deprived of them. Therefore, we say: "O God, we seek refuge in You from the loss of Your blessings, the change of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your wrath, and all Your anger." We only recite what our beloved Prophet, peace be upon him, recited: "O God, reform our religion, which is the safeguard of our affairs, and reform our worldly life, in which we live, and reform our afterlife, in which we will return." We raise our hands in supplication to the Lord of all creation, asking Him to protect this country from all harm, to perpetuate its security and safety, its glory and honor, to increase its honor and respect among the nations, to bestow upon it His apparent and hidden blessings, to guide it to His straight path, and to grant it success in acting in accordance with His Book and the Sunnah of His Prophet, peace be upon him. O God, Amen.
