About Department of Sharia

The Department of Sharia is one of two departments within the College of Sharia and Law at Tabuk University. Through its program, it provides all the necessary legal knowledge and skills for its students, in accordance with the regulations of Sharia colleges in the Kingdom.

General Information about the Department:

The Sharia program is offered at the College of Sharia and Law at Tabuk University at its main campus and in the female section.

The department began accepting male students only in the academic year 1434/1435 AH, with (120) students accepted. In the academic year 1435/1436 AH, the number of students reached (110) male students. In the academic year 1436/1437 AH, the number of male students reached (162) male students and (93) female students. In the academic year 1437/1438 AH, the number of students reached (104) male students and (127) female students. In the academic year 1438/1439 AH, the number of students reached (133) male students and (140) female students, for a total of (989) male and female students.

We offer a variety of academic programs designed to develop students’ skills and equip them with the necessary knowledge across various disciplines. These programs align with international standards to meet the needs of the job market.
