The applicant must be a Saudi national or a legal resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia holding a valid residency permit (Iqama). Resident applicants are not required to obtain an official scholarship.
The applicant must have successfully completed the General Aptitude Test for University Graduates (Qiyas), provided that the test result is no more than five (5) years old at the time of application.
Specific Requirements
The applicant must hold a full-time bachelor’s degree with a minimum overall grade of “Good” or equivalent in Administrative Sciences disciplines, including:

Management
Public Administration
Marketing
Finance
Accounting
Economics
Management Information Systems
Finance and Investment
or other closely related fields.
The bachelor’s degree must be awarded by a Saudi university or a recognized and accredited institution. Degrees obtained from universities outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be officially equivalized by the Saudi Ministry of Education.
