The applicant must be a Saudi national or a legal resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia holding a valid residency permit (Iqama). Resident applicants are not required to obtain an official scholarship.
The applicant must have successfully completed the General Aptitude Test for University Graduates (Qiyas), provided that the test result is valid and has not exceeded five (5) years from the date of application.
Specific Requirements
The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum cumulative grade of “Good” or its equivalent from a Saudi university or another recognized and accredited higher education institution.
Applicants holding degrees from institutions outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must submit an official certificate of equivalency issued by the Saudi Ministry of Education.
The applicant must demonstrate English language proficiency by achieving the minimum required score in one of the following standardized tests:
