Overview

The Scholarship Unit supports scholarship students and college members throughout the scholarship and training process. It provides academic, administrative, and advisory assistance before and during scholarship periods, and follows up on academic progress in coordination with academic departments and relevant university bodies.

The unit also provides information on scholarship opportunities and suitable academic programs, supports applicants through administrative procedures, and contributes to developing the college’s human capital and future academic capacity.

Objectives

  1. Provide academic and administrative guidance on scholarship-related procedures.
  2. Monitor the academic progress of scholarship students and provide needed support.
  3. Share information on scholarship opportunities and relevant academic programs.
  4. Support teaching assistants, lecturers, faculty members, and staff during scholarship application processes.
  5. Coordinate with relevant university bodies to facilitate scholarship procedures and support.
  6. Organize orientation and training programs that improve scholarship success.
  7. Follow up on requests related to extensions, postponements, changes of university or specialization, conferences, and scientific trips.
  8. Measure beneficiary satisfaction and improve scholarship services based on feedback.
