The Case Study Center is a specialized development platform at the College of Business that promotes the use of the case study method in education, research, training, and consultancy. It connects academic knowledge with real-world business practice and supports the production and use of high-quality case studies that enrich learning and develop analytical and decision-making skills.

The center develops strategic and operational plans, designs academic, research, training, and consultancy services, and builds partnerships with public and private organizations. By transforming real business experiences and challenges into valuable learning and research materials, the center contributes to strengthening applied business education and enhancing the college’s academic and professional impact.

Objectives

  1. Develop and implement the center’s strategic and operational plans.
  2. Design programs, projects, and services based on the case study method.
  3. Support the production of high-quality teaching and research case studies.
  4. Promote the use of case studies in teaching, training, analysis, and problem-solving.
  5. Provide academic, research, training, and consultancy services related to business and management.
  6. Build scientific, research, and consultancy partnerships with public and private organizations.
  7. Prepare memoranda of understanding and cooperation agreements that support the center’s work.
  8. Monitor the implementation of programs and services in accordance with approved plans and timelines.
  9. Prepare periodic and annual reports on the center’s performance and outputs.
  10. Develop the center’s organizational structure and affiliated units to improve performance and service quality.
  11. Contribute to linking university education with real-world business applications.
