The Clinical Affairs Department is responsible for the following tasks:
Receiving and scheduling clinical training requests for students of health colleges and trainees from healthcare providers within the Tabuk Health Cluster.
Coordinating with course coordinators in the health colleges regarding academic schedules, as well as booking laboratories, classrooms, and the necessary equipment for student training.
Programming simulation scenarios into medical manikins.
Ensuring the proper use of equipment and training manikins.
Conducting periodic maintenance in coordination with supplying companies.
Preparing and supervising the administration of clinical examinations.
Reviewing lists of medical consumables and ensuring their availability.

Standardized Patient Department
The Standardized Patient Department is responsible for the following tasks:
Receiving and scheduling service requests.
Recruiting and hiring standardized patients and communicating with them according to service requests received from beneficiary entities.
Preparing and orienting standardized patients based on the submitted service requests.
Ensuring the accuracy and validity of documentation for collaborating individuals.
Training standardized patients on the required medical scenarios.
Preparing and following up on financial compensation/payroll for standardized patients.

Medical Moulage Department
The Medical Moulage Department is responsible for the following tasks:
Receiving and scheduling service requests.
Preparing the required equipment according to the scenarios submitted by beneficiary entities.
Creating molds and prosthetics.
Simulating wounds and burns.
Applying cinematic makeup to standardized patients according to the prepared medical scenarios to create realistic, life-like clinical conditions.
