The qualitative transformation of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 is keen to ensure growth across all components of the national economy and link them to its projects across all state institutions.
The concept of local content comes in the form of supporting everything local, starting with entities operating in the private sector, through everything produced and manufactured locally, and ending with the raw materials extracted from the depths of this blessed land.
Our role in the Local Content Unit is to promote this concept in all of the university's projects and competitions to ensure we fulfill our role in achieving it.

Promoting local content and achieving sustainable development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Commitment to increasing the participation of local companies in university contracts and procurement, supporting them in developing and advancing their capabilities, and working to enhance cooperation with the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority and exchange knowledge and expertise to enhance local content in various sectors.

الأهداف

تم إنشاء وحدة المحتوى المحلي بالجامعة لتعزز قدرة الجامعة على الالتزام بمتطلبات السياسة الحكومية للمحتوى المحلي وتحقيق أهدافها. وذلك من خلال تنمية الشركات المحلية وتعزيز تواجدها في عقود ومشتريات الجامعة، ويأتي ذلك من حرص وسعي جامعة تبوك لمواكبة رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 وتحقيق أهدافها في تنمية الاقتصاد المحلي وتحقيق الالتزام بمتطلبات المحتوى المحلي وبرنامج التوازن الاقتصادي واتفاقيات توطين الصناعة ونقل المعرفة.
