Expenditure Efficiency Office

The Spending Efficiency Office was established by Decision No. (32140) issued by His Excellency the University President, dated 11/6/1442 AH, pursuant to Royal Order No. (16380) dated 25/3/1440 AH, approving the formation of an internal team for each government agency.

On February 23, 2021, the Council of Ministers issued a decision to merge the National Program for Supporting Project Management, Operations, and Maintenance in Public Entities with the Spending Efficiency Center, transforming the center into an entity called the Spending Efficiency and Government Projects Authority.
