First Objective
Directing the university's own revenues toward achieving the university's goals and vision.
Second Objective
Achieving the governance and administrative transparency requirements necessary for the university's own revenue management process.
Third Objective
Implementing the university's policies to increase its own revenues generated from paid educational programs, research and consulting services, investment returns, property proceeds, and the proceeds from their disposal.
Fourth Objective
Regulating, regulating, and monitoring the financial affairs of all self-funded programs and projects of the university, and coordinating their work systematically.
Fifth Objective
Organizing recruitment procedures based on the own revenue budget, clarifying contracting mechanisms, job benefits, and employee duties and rights.
