The Housing Department works to provide a suitable housing environment for university staff in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, while also providing the necessary services to its staff.

Objectives
We put our vision into action through a set of general objectives that guide our journey toward excellence. Through these objectives, we strive to achieve the highest standards of academic and research performance and community service, while fostering an inspiring educational environment and a vibrant university community.
First Objective
Housing faculty members and those in similar positions, divided into external and internal housing, and the related field supervision and monitoring duties.
Second Objective
Receiving and completing work related to the disbursement of housing allowances for Saudi physicians.
Third Objective
Implementing procedures related to renting properties to university entities, in accordance with the directives of the competent authority and applicable regulations.
Fourth Objective
Preparing and furnishing residential units and supervising maintenance and cleaning work.
Fifth Objective
Preparing periodic reports on the department's achievements and suggestions for improvement, and submitting them to the department director.
