Head Message

The center was established in 1429 AH (1431 AH) with direct affiliation with the University Vice President's Office. Its primary duties included official mail and passport processing.

In 1431 AH (1431 AH), the center moved to the center's offices, increasing the number of offices and staff. This move had a significant impact on the center at the time, in terms of restructuring its internal structure and assigning tasks to employees. This was due to the increase in the number of departments at the university, which resulted in increased correspondence. In 1431 AH, the administrative communications program was implemented for the first time to record transactions electronically, a qualitative leap for the center. In mid-1433 AH (1433 AH), the center moved to the center's office in the administrative complex (the center's current location). Since then, the center has gradually developed, thanks to the unlimited support of university officials. Since then, work has been developed using modern technology and software to assist in archiving transactions. The center is currently implementing electronic transactions across the university.
