The Contracts and Procurement Department is committed to securing all the needs of the university's various sectors, in accordance with regulations and systems, at the right time, at the right price, and with the right quality. The department works tirelessly as a single team to meet the needs of the university's administrative and academic units. In an effort to facilitate work procedures, the Contracts and Procurement Department has also included among its plans the development of its website to ensure easy communication with university sectors, as well as companies and institutions. The department welcomes any ideas, suggestions, or criticisms that would contribute to improving its services.

Through these objectives, we strive to achieve the highest standards of academic and research performance and community service, while fostering an inspiring educational environment and a vibrant university community.

First Objective

Improving the administrative and technical production efficiency of the administration through training courses and workshops.

Second Objective

Securing the needs for goods and services with the best specifications and at fair prices after identifying the need with the relevant authorities.

Strive to improve spending efficiency.
