The agency also works to activate quality assurance systems to improve educational processes and outcomes by acquiring knowledge and graduating generations that serve the local community and meet the needs of the labor market.

Administratively, the agency directly supervises, monitors, evaluates, updates, and develops the programs of all departments and college administrations. The agency also seeks to develop the college's staff by providing training courses and skills development programs, in addition to establishing a statistical database and developing strategic plans for the college.
