Welcome to the Department of Management at Tayma University College.

Through its programs, the Department of Management strives to graduate students who possess the skills, analytical tools, and basic knowledge in the field of business administration. This prepares them for the job market to lead organizations efficiently and effectively or through management positions in local and global contexts. This is achieved by providing a supportive academic environment based on respect, justice, and equality. Our goal is to excel in all academic fields, including research, modern teaching methods, student services, and administrative services.

Through our faculty, we strive to provide outstanding research that has a tangible impact on the academic and business community. The department offers several modern courses that benefit both associate and bachelor's degree students. The department awards associate degrees in human resources and bachelor's degrees in business administration.

Our programs are currently under accreditation by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation, as well as the American College of Business Administration (AACSB). These accreditations will enrich students' educational experiences and ensure the quality of program outcomes, increasing their chances of obtaining prestigious careers.
