Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of all worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon His servant and messenger, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions.

On behalf of myself and my esteemed colleagues—faculty members of the Computer Science Department at the University College in Duba—it is my pleasure to warmly welcome you to the department's webpage.

The Computer Science Department is one of the scientific departments of the college, dedicated to offering a high-quality and advanced academic program aimed at preparing distinguished graduates capable of analyzing, designing, and developing software and computer systems that serve society in various fields.

The department offers a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science for both male and female students upon successful completion of the approved study plan. This curriculum has been designed based on international standards and includes a wide range of courses in areas such as programming languages, software engineering, artificial intelligence, databases, algorithm analysis and design, cybersecurity, digital image processing, and more—providing students with the skills they need for the job market or for pursuing graduate studies.

Equip graduates with deep understanding and knowledge in computer science, enabling them to engage productively in the discipline by identifying and solving significant problems across a wide range of application areas.

Fifth Objective

Graduate individuals with a solid understanding of legal, ethical, social policy, and global issues related to computer systems, and who possess teamwork and communication skills to professionally address the needs of society and institutions.

Prepare students for pursuing graduate studies and lifelong learning in a rapidly evolving field.
